Subscription Cancellation

How to Cancel:

  • Log in to your Convora dashboard
  • Navigate to Settings → Subscription
  • Click "Cancel Subscription"
  • Follow the confirmation steps
  • Cancellation Terms:

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time
  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • After cancellation, you will retain access to your account data for 30 days
  • No further charges will be applied after cancellation
  • Annual Subscriptions:

  • Annual subscriptions can be cancelled at any time
  • Refunds for annual plans are prorated based on the remaining months
  • A minimum usage period of 30 days applies before annual plan refunds are processed
